Jinxian Road took an abandoned second floor warehouse and converted it to a fully serviced loft office space. Facilities included private office spaces ranging from 25-250 sqm, shared meeting rooms, reception, kitchen area, a small winter garden and a 150 sqm rooftop terrace.

The majority of the work spaces within this project were for small and medium offices with 2-4 personnel.
